Can I see my book before I order?
Yes. After you upload a photo, we create your child’s cover in under a minute – for free. Tap “See more covers” to choose from a few more. The rest of the book is illustrated right after you order.
What happens to my child’s photo?
We use the photo only to create your preview and the illustrations for your book. Photos and previews without an order are deleted automatically within 30 days; for orders, within 60 days after shipping. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What kind of photo works best?
A recent, sharp portrait in daylight where the face is clearly visible – no sunglasses, hats or heavy filters.
How long does delivery take?
Every book is printed to order, just for your child. Printing and shipping usually take about 2–3 weeks in total (usually 12–15 business days from your order). Shipping within the US is free on every order. Details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return my book?
Because every book is made just for your child, personalized books are final sale. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ll reprint it for free.
