Is Fablewish Legit? Who We Are and How You're Protected
In short: Yes. Fablewish is a real online shop operated by Edanox Group LLC, a US company. We make personalized picture books for children ages 3–7, printed to order and shipped free within the US by our US print partner. You see a free cover preview before you pay, checkout runs through Shopify with standard card and PayPal payments, and our shipping, refund and privacy policies are published on this site. We're a young company – we launched in 2026 – so here is everything you may want to check.

How you're protected when you order

| Before you pay | You see a free cover preview with your child on it. Don't like it? Don't order. |
| Payment | Secure Shopify checkout with credit and debit cards or PayPal. We never see your card details. |
| Damaged or wrong book | If your book arrives damaged, has a printing defect or shows a different name than you entered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it free of charge – or refund you if you prefer. |
| Your child's photo | Used only for your preview and your book, never for advertising or AI training, deleted automatically (30 days without an order, 60 days after shipping). |
| Shipping | Free within the US, usually 12–15 business days, with tracking. |
What we don't do
- We don't offer a money-back guarantee or free returns: every book is made for one child, so personalized books are final sale (except defects or damage).
- We don't ship outside the US yet.
- We don't invent reviews. We're new – real reviews from real customers will appear here as they come in.

Is Fablewish a legitimate company?
Yes. Fablewish is operated by Edanox Group LLC, a US company, with a real support email, published policies and a secure Shopify checkout.
Why is the Fablewish website so new?
We launched in 2026. A new domain is normal for a new company – it's why we show you the cover before you pay and publish all our policies.
What happens if my book never arrives?
Every order has a tracking link. If tracking shows no movement for an extended time or the package doesn't arrive, email us and we'll work with the carrier – including reprinting your book where appropriate.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Email hello@fablewish.com and a person answers.
